My Honest Experience with the Bravius Audio TK-1000 STI Projector (Spoiler: I Love It)

Just wanted to share a quick review of the Bravius Audio TK-1000 STI Projector that I got recently. I’ve had it for about a month now, and I honestly can’t stop using it. I wasn’t even planning on buying a projector at first, but after seeing a demo at a friend’s place, I was sold on the idea of bringing that full theater vibe home.

So, after a bit of research and going back and forth, I went with the TK-1000 STI — and I’m really glad I did.

First Impressions

Out of the box, the projector looked sleek and sturdy — way better than I expected. It came with a remote, power cord, and all the basic cables you’d need. Setup was super straightforward. I literally plugged it in, pointed it at a blank wall, and boom — instant big screen.

This is where it really shines. The 4K resolution is stunning. I played a few YouTube videos and some Netflix shows in 4K, and the image is sharp and vibrant. The colors are rich, and the contrast is way better than I expected from a projector in this price range.

Also — brightness is legit. The projector has 5500 ANSI lumens, and it works great even in the daytime with the curtains open. At night, it’s basically cinema-level quality.

Sound & Features

It actually has built-in speakers, and they’re not bad at all. Loud enough to fill my living room without needing a soundbar (though I’ll probably connect one soon just for more bass). I love that it has an NTSC TV tuner built in too, which means I can watch regular channels when I don’t feel like streaming.

As for connections, it has all the basics — HDMI, USB, VGA, etc. I’ve connected my Fire Stick, PS5, and laptop with zero issues.

How I Use It

Here’s how I’ve been using it:

• Movie nights every weekend (popcorn mandatory 🍿)
• Gaming on the big screen — it’s SO good for open-world games
• YouTube workouts during the day
• Occasionally catching live TV

I even projected a fireplace video the other night just for the cozy vibes. 10/10 recommend 😂
